BaBa is an organic soft-formed “furniture pet” that invites you to cuddle up to it, sit on it or sink into its warm embrace.

One of the main challenges in designing upholstered furniture is the limited elasticity and stretch of woven fabrics. The 3D knitted fabric used for BaBa is specially designed for the project and is exceptionally stretchy thanks to the production technique and the use of highly elastic thread. This offers a high degree of sculptural latitude in the design without resorting to a complex patchwork of fabrics all stitched together.

The family includes BaBa easychair, BaBaBa addition sofas and Ba puff.
