Dancing is inspired by experiments with felt, by the sensuality of this material and the way how it naturally shapes, by the production technology and the associations we get while working with it.

Cone is a logical simple and archetypical shape of the lampshade. To press the flat material in the conical shape it is necessary to get rid of the surplus material and in Dancing the excess of material is distributed in the waves. These waves give cone the structural rigidity and at the same time associations with the flared skirt lifted by spinning dance.

The shade of the lamp is made from recycled polyester felt and functions not only as the light reflector but also as a sound absorber.
